As a UI/UX Designer at our client's company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience for agents and clients. Required Skills: - Strong experience in UI/UX design with a proven portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. - Experience in designing responsive web applications. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments. - Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and rationale.
