About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 15+ years of experience in designing and building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Node.js, and TypeScript, along with experience leading technical teams, driving architecture decisions, and building cloud-native backend applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Node.js, and TypeScript. Lead system design, architecture, and technical decision-making. Develop and maintain Microservices and REST APIs. Build cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Required Skills 15+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience in Java. Strong hands-on experience in Node.js. Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript. Experience with Microservices Architecture. Strong System Design / Solution Architecture skills. Experience designing and developing REST APIs. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers. Strong experience with code reviews and architecture decisions. Experience building scalable, high-performance backend applications. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Mendix or other low-code platforms. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
