Mechanical Procurement Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman to join our consultancy team. The role involves preparing detailed mechanical drawings and designs for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement process for mechanical materials such as pumps, valves, piping, and Utility & Process equipment. Float RFQs, obtain quotations, and circulate to concern people for technical evaluation. Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders as per finalized vendor and terms. Track orders and ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules. Coordinate with engineering, planning, store, and vendors for material readiness and dispatch. Maintain accurate records, documentation, Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with purchase specifications and PO requirements. Qualifications: BE Mechanical or related field. Minimum 2 year of experience in mechanical Procurement. Knowledge of mechanical systems and industry standards.
