As a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you will be responsible for owning requirements and defect fixes with minimal supervision. You will analyze requirements, propose solutions, and identify technical risks. Your role will involve creating effort estimations, discussing software design with the lead, and following required software development processes. It is crucial to be proactive in status reporting, risk identification, and flexible to context switch within different requirements. Effective communication with the team, juniors, and seniors is essential. Additionally, you will be managing technical work for yourself and team members. Key Responsibilities: - Own requirement and defect fixes with minimal supervision - Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and identify technical risks - Create effort estimations and discuss software design with the lead - Follow required software development processes - Be proactive in status reporting and risk identification - Flexible to context switch within different requirements - Manage technical work for self and team members - Communicate effectively with the team, juniors, and seniors Qualifications Required: - 6 years of hands-on experience with object-oriented programming - 6 years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET Standard/.NET Core/C# - Familiarity with OOAD and UML for high-level and low-level software design - Hands-on experience with version control systems such as SVN, ClearCase, Git, etc. - Familiarity with estimation techniques and software engineering lifecycle - Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns - Bachelor's degree in BE Electronics/Electrical/Computers, MSC/BSC - Comp - Minimum of 2.5 years of stability with each company Please note that the above qualifications and responsibilities are crucial for excelling in this role and contributing effectively to the team.
