Own 99.99% uptime SLAs across GPU cloud, Yobibyte platform, and customer-facing APIs. Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana. Platform Remote / Hyderabad full time Remote-eligible About the role We carry uptime contracts with customers. You'll own the discipline that keeps us honest: SLOs, error budgets, post-mortems, paging policy. You'll own Multi-region observability Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, structured logs. The on-call rotation, runbooks, and incident-command training. Terraform / Pulumi infra-as-code review + change-management discipline. You probably have Run on-call for a multi-region production system. Strong opinions about pager fatigue and SLO discipline. A favourite Charity Majors blog post.
