Technical Analyst Mendix

As a Technical Analyst at Yoda Tech Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore, your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will evaluate the feasibility of requirements for development using Mendix and recommend Mendix-based solutions to stakeholders. Collaboration with development teams to translate requirements into technical tasks and user stories will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct fit-gap analyses, prepare documentation, and support development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure final solutions meet quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Evaluate requirements for Mendix development feasibility. - Recommend Mendix-based solutions and clarify platform capabilities and constraints to stakeholders. - Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical tasks and user stories. - Conduct fit-gap analyses and identify potential risks or challenges in Mendix solutions. - Prepare and maintain documentation like process flows, solution outlines, and functional specifications. - Support development and testing teams by providing requirement clarifications. - Ensure final solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability expectations. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 4 years of hands-on Mendix experience. - Strong understanding of Mendix platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. - Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and feasibility assessment. - Ability to evaluate requirements for Mendix implementation. - Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Mendix Advanced Certification (mandatory preference). - Experience with low-code/no-code platforms. - Experience in client-facing or cross-functional coordination roles.
