About the role
About Us: Yolex Labs builds workforce intelligence. Our platform runs AI-driven work simulations, voice interviews, interactive tasks, and automatic scoring that help companies see how people really perform. It is a big product with a lot of moving parts, which means plenty of ways for things to quietly break. We want someone whose entire job is to find those breaks before our users do. What You Will Do: - Test current features across our admin and candidate web apps before they ship. - Run real candidate flows end to end (voice interviews, simulations, scoring) and hunt for anything that feels off. - Do fast exploratory testing on tight timelines: given a feature this morning, surface the bugs that matter by this afternoon. - Write clear, reproducible bug reports: steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, screenshots or screen recordings. - Re-check fixes, catch regressions, and maintain a running list of known issues. - Pressure-test AI behaviour: does the voice agent do something weird, does a score make sense, does an odd input break the flow. What We Are Looking For: - Sharp and curious. You pick up a complex product quickly and work out how it is meant to behave without hand-holding. - Fast and thorough at the same time. You find the important bugs quickly, and you do not miss the obvious ones either. - A "break it" instinct. You reach for the weird input, the double-click, the back button, the empty form, the huge paste. - Clear written communication. A developer should be able to reproduce your bug from your report alone, with no follow-up questions. - Comfortable around tech. You can read a log, open browser dev tools, and understand the basic shape of a web app. - In or recently out of university, any field. We care about how you think, not your degree or your GPA Nice To Have: - Any prior QA, testing, or bug-bounty exposure. - Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) or a bit of SQL. - Curiosity about AI products and the specific ways they fail. - Familiarity with tools such as browser devtools, Postman, or Playwright.
