One of our esteemed clients, is a product-based cloud technology company specializing in workload migration, disaster recovery, and multi-cloud management solutions. They help enterprises automate and simplify cloud operations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Position: Technical Manager - QA & Systems Engineering Experience: Experience: 10+ years Location: Pune / Remote Salary: As per company policy Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Role Summary: We are Looking For looking for a Technical Manager - QA & Systems Engineering to lead product quality, automation, release validation, and customer-facing technical execution for enterprise cloud and infrastructure software products. The right candidate can lead people, stay hands-on, work with customers, and validate complex workflows across cloud,storage, Linux, containers, and automation environments. Must-Have Requirements: 10+ years of experience in QA, product validation, systems engineering, support engineering, or related technical roles. 3+ years of people management experience, including managing or mentoring technical teams. Strong product-based QA experience: test planning, functional testing, regression, release validation, defect triage, and rootcause analysis. Hands-on Python automation experience. Python is mandatory. Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bash/Shell scripting, or similar automation tools. Experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or IBM Cloud. Experience with customer-facing technical work such as deployments, escalations, troubleshooting, or field issue reproduction. Good Linux troubleshooting skills, including logs, services, networking basics, APIs, and debugging. Experience working in Agile teams with sprint planning, defect triage, release readiness, and cross-functional execution. Strongly Prefferd Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, or managed Kubernetes exposure such as EKS, AKS, GKE, OKE, or OpenShift Dedicated. Storage, backup, disaster recovery, migration, replication, virtualization, or cloud orchestration domain experience. CI/CD or test automation tools such as Jenkins, Robot Framework, Ansible, REST/API automation, or Selenium. Experience in product companies, infrastructure software companies, startups, or fast-paced engineering environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA and Systems Engineering teams with planning, mentoring, prioritization, execution, and delivery ownership. Own test strategy and release validation for migration, backup, disaster recovery, replication, cloud orchestration, and customer deployment workflows. Improve automation coverage using Python and tools such as Terraform and Bash/Shell. Create and review test plans for features, scale, resiliency, upgrades, interoperability, regression, and customer scenarios. Guide Systems Engineers working with customers on deployments, escalations, troubleshooting, issue reproduction, an technical validation. Partner with engineering, product, support, and customer-facing teams to identify quality risks early and improve release readiness.
