Role: Team Member ( Customer Service Reprensentative/ Technical Support Reperesentative ) Location : Hyderabad CTC upto : 6.5 LPA Education : Any Graduate Preferred experience for the role: Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills Mandatory Skills Excellent Comm skill (Verbal /Written) Voice process/ Technical Support , L1/ L2 / L3 support exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends Good to have :- Experience in Core Customer (International Voice)Support Projects Experience in Product troubleshooting/ ITIL ,US / Australian Voice Hands-on experience in US / Australian Voice Process / Non voice Candidates with voice process experience / technical support experience including upselling ,sales , retention and cross selling / technical troubleshooting/ incident management / SLA compliance will be strongly preferred.
