Role Overview Role: Laravel Team Lead Work Location: Surat / Remote Experience: 7+ Years Function: Team Leadership Salary : upto 20lpa Key Responsibilities -Backend Development & Architecture -Performance & Integration -Mentorship & Leadership -Quality & Standards -API Integration & DevOps What Were Looking For -Core Skills: Laravel & PHP Expertise:Strong hands-on experience in Laravel framework, PHP, and backend application development.API & Database Management:Experience building REST APIs and working with MySQL or other relational databases.System Architecture Knowledge:Understanding scalable backend architectures, caching, queues, and application optimization.Cloud & DevOps Familiarity:Exposure cloud platforms, deployment processes, Git, and CI/CD workflows. -Functional Strengths:Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend systems.Experience managing multiple projects and development teams.Understanding Agile development methodologies. -Stakeholder & Communication:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience in requirement analysis and technical solutioning.Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed work environment.
