About the role
AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (Office-based, Ahmedabad) $25,200 USD per year We are looking for a skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS services and technologies, as well as experience in supporting and troubleshooting complex cloud environments. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide support to our customers on a variety of AWS cloud infrastructure issues. This includes troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and developing and implementing solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for working with other members of the team to develop and improve our support processes. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: - 2+ years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting AWS cloud infrastructure - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Robust understanding of AWS services and technologies - Experience with Grafana and Prometheus is a plus This is a full-time position based in India.
