As a Quantitative Analyst focusing on high-frequency trading, your responsibilities would include: - Developing trading ideas by quantitatively analyzing market data and market microstructure for patterns. - Designing, implementing, and deploying high-frequency trading algorithms. - Using cutting-edge statistical and machine learning techniques to identify opportunities from terabytes of data. - Investigating, observing, and devising new ideas for better and faster predictions. - Contributing to libraries of analytical computations to support market data analysis. - Implementing typical strategies such as Alpha-seeking strategies and market making. - Rigorously back-testing strategies on in-house research infrastructure. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Indian Capital market, particularly NSE, BSE, and HFT market. - Previous work experience in Options, Equity Trading, or Crypto Trading. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or C. - Strong command of Python, R, or Matlab for statistical and data analysis of HFT Data. - A solid educational background in an analytical field like Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Sciences.
