Fresher s with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered. Diploma or certification in IT (Information Technology),Computer Science,Computer Hardware,Networking,or related fields. Minimum 12th Standard or higher. Prior experience in technical support,customer support,or ISP-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
