About the role
Reporting to: Lead Designer Experience: 2 to 4 years Onsite - Gurugram - 122002 / Noida - 201301 Critical selection criteria: - Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on UX research. - Onsite Availability: Must work from Gurugram - 122002 / Noida - 201301. - With a strong Research Skills Artefacts / portfolio: - Highlighting proven ability with qualitative + quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, task analysis) and - Healthcare/Pharma MR Experience: Exposure to studies such as ATU, demand studies, conjoint analysis, segmentation, and tracking. - UCD Expertise: Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. - Insight Translation: Solid skill in synthesizing data into actionable, business-impacting recommendations. - Availability: Can join within 10-15 days. You will work on: - Define Research Goals: Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics. - Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews. - Develop Research Plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation. - Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations. - Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops. - Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions. - Drive Research Innovation: Contribute to frameworks and methodologies that expand organ .
