Industrial Process Engineer

Designation: Production and Industrial Engineering Qualification: BE in IE OR Process Engineering Experience: 0-3years Location: Bengaluru (Chandapura) Roles and Responsibilities: Process Optimization Evaluate existing workflows and utilize continuous improvement methodologies (like Lean or Six Sigma) to reduce scrap, decrease cycle times, and improve overall yield. System Design & Simulation: Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Troubleshooting & Maintenance Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and lead hands-on technical solutions on the production floor. Documentation & Compliance: Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical reports, and conduct regular risk assessments to maintain quality control and regulatory compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and product managers to scale new products from the initial concept through to full-scale manufacturing. Capabilities: - Define the SOP Finding the line issues and handling the issues.
