Role Overview: You are a visionary Senior Architect / Senior Design Manager with 12+ years of experience in shaping high-rise and large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. Your leadership role involves delivering iconic projects, driving design excellence, and inspiring teams to push boundaries in architecture and urban design. You will oversee the entire project journey, ensuring innovation, technical precision, and world-class quality. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead architectural design for high-rise and large-scale projects, creating bold and sustainable solutions. - Safeguard design integrity and elevate quality across all phases. - Drive project planning, coordination, and execution to meet timelines and budgets. - Lead and inspire a team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. - Act as the face of the project with clients, consultants, and contractors, leading presentations and design reviews. - Oversee production of high-quality architectural drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Champion design integrity, compliance, and innovation in processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is preferred. - Master of Architecture (M.Arch) is an added advantage. Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with a proven track record in high-rise and large-scale residential/mixed-use projects. Strong background in the architectural construction industry (non-IT) is required. Expertise in design management, project coordination, and delivery is essential. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-handling skills are necessary. Candidates should not be self-employed or freelance professionals. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. - Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray is an added advantage. - Strong grasp of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is required. - Familiarity with sustainable design practices is advantageous.
