About the job: Key responsibilities: Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings based on client requirements Prepare and review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure accuracy across all stages Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated design solutions Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals (BBMP/BIAAPA/ELCITA, etc.) Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality execution Prepare BOQs, specifications, and tender documents Assist in vendor selection, material finalization, and technical evaluations Review contractor drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensure adherence to budget, quality standards, and project schedules Support in design presentations, 3D concepts, and client approvals Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 1 years of experience are from Bangalore only Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2026-08-06 23:59:59 Skills required: AutoCAD, MS-Office, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp , Lumion and V-Ray Other Requirements: Lead project teams and mentor junior architects Handle client meetings and project coordination independently Oversee multiple projects simultaneously About Company: We are an award-winning company offering a wide range of services, which include architecture, engineering, interior designing, and construction.
