Position Chief Platform Architect BIM Automation & AI Reporting To Vice President Production & Delivery Location India (Madurai / Durgapur / Jaipur) with domestic and international travel as required Experience Required 10+ years overall experience in BIM/VDC/AEC technology delivery; minimum 5+ years in AI/Automation leadership role AI/Automation Minimum 5+ years of hands-on leadership in automation, AI-enabled workflows, scripting, BIM APIs, or technology transformation in AEC Team Leadership Will lead and provide strategic direction to an existing team of approximately 20 R&D; members Core BIM Domain Strong hands-on background in Revit and BIM production workflows; must have worked closely with architecture, structure, MEP, or construction coordination teams Communication Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and client-facing solutioning skills Educational Background B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, Architecture, or equivalent AEC/BIM qualification. Certifications in BIM, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ISO 19650, or AI/Automation disciplines will be an advantage Role Overview The Chief Platform Architect BIM Automation & AI will lead Clients platform strategy at the intersection of BIM engineering, virtual design and construction, and AI-led automation. This role requires a robust core BIM professional with hands-on experience in Revit and allied BIM technologies, a deep understanding of multidisciplinary AEC workflows, and a minimum of 5+ years of practical leadership in AI, automation, scripting, data-driven delivery, or digital transformation initiatives.
