What We're Looking For: The Quality Assurance Analyst Performance Testing is responsible for planning, designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure enterprise applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and availability requirements. This role will focus on identifying system bottlenecks, validating performance under varying load conditions, and providing actionable recommendations to improve application performance. The ideal candidate possesses solid expertise in performance engineering and hands-on experience with OpenText LoadRunner Professional, LoadRunner Enterprise, and modern application performance monitoring (APM) tools. The role requires close collaboration with development, infrastructure, architecture, database, and business teams to ensure optimal system performance across enterprise applications. Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, Siebel, Salesforce (SFDC), or other enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
