Design Architect

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Architect with strong Industrial Project experience to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural works for industrial facilities and related infrastructure projects in coordination with Structural and MEPF teams. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Industrial Buildings, Factories, Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, Utility Buildings, and Process Plants. Key Responsibilities : Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs. Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documentation. Coordinate with Structural, PEB, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and MEPF teams. Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials. Participate in client meetings and design discussions. Review consultant and vendor drawings for coordination. Prepare BOQs, specifications, reports, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Support execution teams with design clarifications during construction. Skills: Qualification : B.E ( Architecture ) / Diploma ( Architecture ) Requirements : Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture. COA Registration preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural Design Consultancy. Strong preference for candidates with Industrial Project experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, V-Ray, and related software. Good understanding of industrial building planning, coordination, and construction practices.
