About the role

As a Process Engineer at Zeeco, you will have the opportunity to support the design and execution of combustion and environmental systems, particularly within the Flares and Incinerators division. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing client specifications and developing techno-commercial process solutions - Performing process calculations, simulations, and equipment sizing for flares, incinerators, and related systems - Preparing and reviewing Turnover Packages for project execution teams - Evaluating sub-vendor technical offers and ensuring compliance with project requirements - Conducting process optimization, combustion calculations, and emissions analysis - Supporting design reviews and release for fabrication - Assisting project and service teams in troubleshooting, commissioning support, and site activities - Participating in client discussions and technical clarifications - Executing engineering studies for revamps, retrofits, and new installations Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects - Hands-on experience in process design and simulation, combustion systems / flare systems (preferred), and equipment sizing and PFD/P&ID interpretation - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety practices Key skills that will be beneficial in this role are: - Strong analytical and problem-solving capability - Ability to balance technical accuracy with commercial considerations - Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS or equivalent) - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Self-driven with a strong focus on quality and delivery Joining Zeeco will provide you with exposure to global projects and cutting-edge combustion technologies.
