Junior SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support the globalmigration program from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA by assisting in process analysis, customizing, testing and documentation. Assist senior consultants in understanding servicebusiness processes such as inhouserepair, returns management, service execution, CRM integration, logistics, billing, and controlling. Work with businessusers and IT teams to collect, document,and clarify businessrequirements for SAP S/4HANA service processes. Support configuration, customization and solution validation activities under the guidance of experienced SAP consultants. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and preparation of training or support materials. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to learn, support, and improve SAP S/4HANA service solutions. Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degreein engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP support, business process analysis, testing, or implementation projects are preferred. Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA,SAP ERP concepts, or service-related processes such as service execution, inhouse repair, returns management, sales, logistics, or billing. Exposure to SAP configuration, testing,documentation, end-user support,or implementation activities will be an advantage. Willingness to learn SAP customizing, SAP Fiori applications, S/4HANA business processes, and integration concepts. You speak Englishfluently Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, teamworkmindset, consulting orientation, and good communication skills. Knowledge of related areas such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, procurement, CRM, or Salesforce is a plus.
