About the role
ServiceNow (ITOM)- Must Haves Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM (Visibility, Health, Event Management), HAM, and SAM5+ years of professional experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer.Proven experience in Event Management implementation projectsSolid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping conceptsSound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell).Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, complemented by strong teamwork skills and goal orientation.Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist).Experience as a full-stack developer is helpful but not required.ITIL Foundation level and project management certification are advantageous. Nice to Have ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM)AIOps and observability tools experienceKnowledge of data-driven architecture .
