As a Power BI Developer at our company, your primary duties and responsibilities will include: - Supporting the development of Power BI reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis, and management reporting. - Building and maintaining financial data models, KPIs, calculations, and dashboards in Power BI to support consistent reporting. - Working with FP&A, Finance, and the project manager to gather requirements, translate business needs, and support solution delivery. - Providing project support through documentation, status updates, testing coordination, and stakeholder follow-up. - Monitoring data quality, resolving reporting issues, and supporting ongoing improvements to FP&A reporting processes. You are required to meet the following experience and education requirements: - Bachelors degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in data analytics, Power BI, reporting, or business intelligence roles, with experience supporting enterprise projects. - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices. - Experience building and optimizing data models and integrating multiple data sources to support scalable reporting and analysis. - Experience supporting FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Finance, business teams, and project leadership.
