About the role We are seeking a Python Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable and reliable backend systems that power their AI-driven hiring intelligence platform. The role involves working closely with product and engineering teams to architect solutions, write clean APIs, manage databases, and deploy LLM-based features. What you'll own Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPIArchitect scalable system designs for high performance applicationsBuild and integrate backend systems for LLM powered features (APIs, pipelines, orchestration)Write clean, maintainable, well documented codeCollaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to ship features end to endDebug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability We're looking for2+ years of hands on experience in backend development with PythonStrong experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks like Flask/DjangoSolid understanding of MongoDB / NoSQL database designGood grasp of System Design concepts including scalability, caching, load balancing, and database designUnderstanding of RESTful API design principlesFamiliarity with Git and version control workflows .
