Technology Head

As the Head Technology at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end technology and product engineering function for our fast-growing consumer-facing platform. Your responsibilities will include defining and owning the technology and product strategy aligned with business goals, leading the development of scalable B2C products and platforms, overseeing CRM systems, digital platforms, customer experience, and user experience, mentoring and scaling high-performing engineering teams, ensuring system scalability, uptime, security, and performance optimization, driving product innovation and data-driven decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in architecture and DevOps, and effectively managing stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the technology and product strategy aligned with business goals. - Lead the development of scalable, high-performance B2C products and platforms. - Oversee CRM systems, digital platforms, customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX). - Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams. - Ensure system scalability, uptime, security, and performance optimization. - Drive product innovation, usability, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, Marketing, and Operations. - Implement best practices in architecture, coding standards, and DevOps. - Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with leadership on tech initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in Technology - Engineering leadership roles. - Minimum 3+ years of experience as Head of Engineering - Product Development. - Strong background in B2C - consumer-facing product companies. - Hands-on expertise in React Native, Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and scalable architecture. - Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams and digital platforms. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle, customer experience, and analytics. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
