Role Description The Lead Software Engineer role at Zenlynx Technology is a full-time, in office position based in Bhubaneswar. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain core backend services that power the ZenX platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Daily responsibilities include leading software development projects, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The Lead Software Engineer will drive architectural decisions, improve development processes, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. This role also involves troubleshooting production issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
