Product Management Senior Manager, AI Workflows

As a Senior Manager Product Management at Zenoti, you will play a crucial role in owning and driving the product strategy for HyperConnect, an intelligent customer engagement platform. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HyperConnect, ensuring alignment with Zenoti's broader AI Workforce strategy. You will partner with AI/ML engineering teams to translate LLM capabilities into customer-facing features, gather requirements from customers, work closely with data science teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, define success metrics, and stay updated with advancements in AI technologies.
