Job Title: Senior Manager IT Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive excellence across system administration, network and security operations, and infrastructure reliability. This role demands hands-on expertise, strategic oversight, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Systems Administration Automation Spearhead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers across cloud platforms with diverse operating systems. Provide expert-level support for endpoint operating systems and hardware troubleshooting. Manage Entera systems and oversee strategic deployment of Group Policies. Drive automation initiatives using scripting and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure system resilience through robust high availability and disaster recovery strategies. Administer Microsoft 365 services and oversee enterprise software licensing compliance. Lead patch management, software distribution, and driver updates across endpoints. Network Architecture Security Operations Architect and execute network solutions including Wi-Fi optimization and authentication troubleshooting. Design and manage firewall infrastructures, VPN configurations, and secure office wireless networks. Resolve compliance issues, eliminate policy conflicts, and enforce best practices across environments. Implement and maintain advanced security solutions Infrastructure Reliability Monitoring Develop and maintain proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational continuity. Configure alerts and correlate logs using SIEM tools; conduct regular compliance reviews. Be compliant with Organization compliance policies. Documentation Knowledge Management Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and project implementations. Develop clear, user-friendly instructions and visual aids to support troubleshooting and onboarding. Maintain and update operational playbooks to reflect current practices and standards. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 15 years of experience in IT systems and network administration. Deep expertise in Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Hands-on experience with networking and firewall technologies. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills. Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver high-quality outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Certifications (Preferred) : Microsoft Certified: MS-100 , MS-500 , AZ-500 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Microsoft SC-100 , MD-100 .
