What's this role about Zensar Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Manufacturing domain to bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing. Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. Working knowledge of BA tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Visio, and more. Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and service scheduling. Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions. Experience in Manufacturing digital transformation initiatives is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals. Must have skills :- Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
