Wireless devices

Routing and switching

SDWAN

TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs, routing, DNS

Experience in log analysis and packet-level troubleshooting. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). CCNA / CCNP Security Palo Alto PCNSE Certifications (Preferred) Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and incident reporting skills Ability to work under pressure in critical security incidents Proactive mindset with attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with cloud network experience Automation and orchestration experience

Title: Network Security Engineer Key Responsibilities Configure and manage firewalls (Palo Alto Fortinet), Swicthes, Wireless devices, SD-WAN Perform rule reviews, cleanup, and compliance checks on firewall Analyze and resolve incidents related with firewall, wireless, Switches SD-WAN

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Handle firewall, VPN, and connectivity-related incidents.

Validate and close incidents within defined SLAs.

Configure and troubleshoot IPSec and SSL VPNs.
