About the role
Immediate joiner to 30 days EXP - 5 - 7 yrs Role Overvie wWe are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cisco networking technologies. The candidate should be proficient in routing, switching (Core, Distribution, Access), and Cisco wireless solutions, and capable of supporting enterprise network environments. The role also requires client handling experience and coordination with on-site field teams for issue resolution .Key Responsibilitie sDesign, implement, and support Cisco-based network infrastructure including routers and switches (Core, Distribution, Access layers )Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless environments (WLC, Access Points )Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolutio nProvide L2/L3 support for network-related issue sAct as a primary point of contact for the client .Coordinate with Field Services / Hands & Feet teams for on-site support (hardware, cabling, replacements )Participate in KT sessions, documentation, and transition activitie sEnsure SLA adherence and follow incident/change management processe sMaintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and report sRequired Skills & Experienc eHands-on experience in Cisco Routers (ISR/ASR) and Switches (Catalyst/Nexus )Knowledge of networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGR PStrong understanding of VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, NA TExperience with Cisco Wireless (WLC, Access Points )Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing .Strong troubleshooting skill sClient handling and stakeholder communication experienc eExperience working with global team sCoordination with field support team sPreferred Skill sBasic knowledge of network security (Firewall, VPN, NAC )Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG )Understanding of ITIL processe sExposure to SD-WAN, MPLS or WAN technologie s
