About the role
Product Marketing @ Zenskar At Zenskar, product marketing is not a support function — it's a growth driver. We sell to CFOs/Controllers/Accountants and other finance operators who have seen every pitch and don't have time for noise. The buying decision hinges on whether they immediately understand the pain we solve, trust that we solve it better than anyone else, and feel confident enough to bring us into their stack. That's the product marketer's job. Not just to communicate the product — but to make the buying decision feel obvious. We've built a strong foundation: a differentiated product, early US traction, and a sales motion that's working. What we're investing in now is the layer that makes all of it compound — sharper positioning, better-enabled sellers, and a brand that earns credibility before the first call. If you've ever wanted to own that layer at a company that's moving fast and actually listening, this is it. We have an extremely high bar for the individuals we hire, as you will realize when you meet the rest of the team.
About this role
We're looking for a senior marketer who can own the full GTM surface — not just execute within it. This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook. It's a role for someone who writes one. You'll be a senior marketing hire in a US-centric motion, working directly with the founders and the Head of Marketing to shape how Zenskar goes to market — across positioning, pipeline, and product narrative. Why this role exists now Zenskar has found product–market fit and built a repeatable sales motion. Our GTM is already working — a 20-member demand engine, 5 AEs, a 5-member CS team, zero churn, and revenue that has doubled in the last 6 months. More than 70% of our customer base is in the US, and we're on track to 4x growth this year. We've built the foundation. Now we need someone to own how the world understands and buys Zenskar. That means sharpening positioning as we move upmarket, building the product marketing function into a true competitive advantage, and owning pipeline channel that compounds over time. You'll inherit a team, real traction, and a product that solves a genuine pain. What's missing is the senior voice that ties it all together. We're backed by Susquehanna, Bessemer Venture Partners, with Jeff Epstein (ex-CFO of Oracle, Board Chair at Twilio) as an advisor — one of the most respected names in finance and enterprise software. If you want to build the marketing engine behind the next great AI-native SaaS company, this is your moment. Your responsibilities Manage a team of 2 PMMs, 2 designers, and 1 marketing ops. Own the full collateral surface — website, one-pagers, demo decks, videos, case studies, battle cards, product newsletters, and blogs. Drive CRO by identifying gaps across the funnel and running experiments. Lead organic review campaigns on G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Network. Positioning & Messaging - Develop a deep understanding of our buyers through primary and secondary research. Translate that into messaging and positioning that sets Zenskar apart and makes the buying decision intuitive. Sales enablement - Own the full enablement loop — win/loss analysis, competitive collateral, and hands-on training for AE and BD teams on positioning, features, differentiation, and pitch. You'll be the person who makes the sales team sharper, not just better resourced. Founder & social brand - Build and grow founder branding as a distribution channel. Create social buzz that puts Zenskar on the map with the right audience. Organic & SEO - Own the organic pipeline channel end-to-end. Drive the SEO and AEO strategy, manage keyword research and on/off-site optimization, and lead a team of content marketers, writers, SMEs, and interns. GTM & launches - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches — messaging, content, and cross-functional coordination — optimizing for win rates, revenue impact, and organic lead generation. Analyst relations - Build this function from scratch. Identify the right analyst firms to engage, negotiate to get the best deals, establish best practices for ongoing relationships, and drive ROI from analyst conversations across GTM, product, and sales contexts.
Key Qualifications Must-have 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least one role where you owned a pipeline or revenue target with an allocated budget Proven product marketer — you've owned positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that moved pipeline Built or scaled at least one channel — events/brand, SEO/organic, social/founder brand, or analyst relations Managed a small team Experience marketing to US buyers Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing Zenskar externally — events, webinars, analyst calls
Good To Have Early-stage (1→10) experience — you've scaled something that already had traction Experience marketing to CFO, Controller, or finance personas Familiarity with billing, CPQ, revenue recognition, or adjacent fintech infrastructure
