Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Intern to help ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile application and web-based admin platforms. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, verify new features, and improve the overall user experience. Responsibilities * Test Android, iOS, and web applications. * Execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes. * Identify, document, and report software defects. * Perform regression, functional, UI, and usability testing. * Verify bug fixes before production releases. * Test customer, restaurant, delivery, and admin workflows. * Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. * Maintain clear testing documentation and reports. * Suggest improvements to enhance application quality. Requirements * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts. * Familiarity with SDLC and STLC. * Knowledge of mobile application testing. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and documentation abilities. * Passion for learning new technologies. Preferred Skills * Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar). * Understanding of API testing using Postman. * Familiarity with SQL basics. * Exposure to automation testing tools is an added advantage.
