Healthcare Technology Product Lead

As a Product Manager at ZeOmega, your role involves defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and Interoperability platform strategy. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Interoperability platform, APIs, and integration frameworks. - Establish Interoperability strategic direction aligned with the overall business unit strategy. - Serve as a subject matter expert in FHIR, X12, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and related Healthcare standards. - Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve objectives for the product line. - Implement growth strategies through API expansions, regulatory enablement, platform extensions, and partnerships. - Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Own and maintain the functionalities for assigned modules or group of modules. - Drive and manage core product track and client-specific interoperability solutions. - Mentor and manage teams of Product analysts to deliver product artefacts. - Gain expertise across all modules of ZeOmega products. - Identify opportunities to expand interoperability into new regulatory, payer-provider, or digital ecosystem use cases. - Work with various teams such as PD, Implementation, SMEs, sales, and marketing to drive product vision, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions. - Collaborate with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. - Lead, coach, and motivate direct reports and indirect partners to achieve success as one team. Qualifications: - 10-15 years of experience in relevant technology and industry.
