Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer & Manufacturing Analyst who can bridge engineering and manufacturing operations. The role involves developing manufacturing processes, optimizing production costs, analyzing manufacturing data, coordinating with vendors, and supporting new product development (NPD) from concept to production. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Industry 4.0, manufacturing analytics, automation, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Engineering Develop manufacturing plans for new products from prototype to mass production.Prepare manufacturing process sheets, SOPs, work instructions, and assembly documentation.Design production workflows for CNC machining, fabrication, sheet metal, casting, injection moulding, and assembly.Coordinate with design engineers to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).Identify tooling, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing requirements.Support vendor development, supplier qualification, and production transfer activities.Estimate manufacturing costs, cycle times, and production lead times.Participate in prototype builds and production validation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost. Manufacturing engineers are commonly responsible for improving processes, tooling, layouts, and production efficiency.
