Junior Draughtsman - Exhibitions & Events

Job Title: Junior Draughtsman - Exhibitions & Events ## Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Draughtsman with 1+ year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting design concepts into accurate technical drawings for exhibition stalls, event setups, and experiential environments. This role requires strong drafting skills, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers and production teams. ## Key Responsibilities * Convert conceptual designs and sketches into detailed technical working drawings for fabrication. * Prepare accurate layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and production drawings. * Develop 3D mock-ups for exhibition stalls, event stages, kiosks, and experiential installations. * Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. * Revise drawings based on client feedback and internal design changes. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, measurements, and fabrication standards. * Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions. * Support the team during project planning and execution whenever required. ## Desired Candidate Profile * Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related discipline. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Draughtsman. * Prior experience in the Exhibitions, Events, Interior Fit-outs, Retail, or Experiential Design industry will be preferred. * Strong understanding of technical drafting, structural detailing, and fabrication drawings. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ## Technical Skills * AutoCAD (Mandatory) * SketchUp * Knowledge of 3D visualization software will be an added advantage. * Good understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, scaling, and fabrication details. * MS Office ## Experience 1-3 Years ## Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field. ## What We Offer * Opportunity to work on premium exhibitions, events, and experiential projects. * Collaborative and creative work environment. * Exposure to end-to-end project execution. * Career growth and learning opportunities. * Performance-driven culture.
