About the Role We are looking for a senior technology leader to lead the Zeta's digital transformation initiative across Zeta's Enterprise Application ecosystem while providing strategic oversight of core IT infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise technology strategy, systems integration, vendor management, application development, and infrastructure governance, ensuring our technology landscape scales securely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives. The primary focus of this role is Enterprise Applicationsthe SaaS and on-premise platforms that enable critical business functions, including Project Management, Collaboration, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, LMS, Telephony, and internally developed applicationsalong with the data, integration, and automation architecture that connects them. The role also provides strategic oversight of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring a secure, resilient, and compliant technology environment. Responsibilities Enterprise Applications Strategy & Vendor Management (Primary Focus) Define and drive the roadmap for the organization's Enterprise Application ecosystem, including strategy, lifecycle management, modernization, and integration. Oversee business-critical platforms such as Project Management and Service Desk tools, Content & Collaboration suites, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, LMS, Telephony systems, and internally developed enterprise applications. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify modern, best-fit solutions that improve business outcomes. Lead end-to-end vendor selection processes, including RFI/RFPs, product evaluations, proof-of-concepts, commercial negotiations, and contract management. Develop robust strategic partnerships with technology vendors and proactively manage renewals, licensing, and vendor performance. Continuously assess the application landscape and recommend upgrades or replacements before systems become operational or business risks. Enterprise Applications Implementation & Integration Develop deep functional and technical understanding of enterprise applications to guide implementation, configuration, optimization, and adoption. Define and oversee integration architecture across enterprise systems, including SSO, APIs, data platforms, monitoring, and analytics.
