About the role
As a Lead Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, implementing best practices, and driving the technical direction of our backend development efforts. Experience in working on Java, Spring, REST, SQL (PostgreSQL or MYSQL) Messaging systems, ELK stack, microservices is required. Great design and problem solving skills with a strong basis for architecting performance, scalability, security and reliability. Deep understanding of OOAD, efficient data structures and algorithms. Knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud, Azure, OpenStack.
