About the role
Experience: 4-8 years Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA What you must have: The expertise in web-based development languages; specifically, Java/.Net/Any PaaS/Any SaaS development, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with any other javascript libraries like Angular JS, and React Js is a plus. Must have taken the role of leading a team of 3-5 developers. Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills Understand the full application lifecycle Agile development/waterfall processes and methodologies implementation. Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing Java while making informed recommendations to process users Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency Loves using technology to solve the day to day challenges. You would lead a team of similar developers You will preferably be required to work from our office in Hyderabad(We allow Hybrid work models as well).
