About the role
Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end SMT and FATP manufacturing processes. Monitor and optimize SMT processes including solder paste printing, SPI, pick & place, reflow oven, and AOI. Manage FATP activities including assembly, testing, troubleshooting, packing, and process control. Perform process validation, line setup, and parameter optimization for new and existing products. Analyse production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering change implementation. Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documents, and production reports. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to ESD, IPC, safety, and quality standards. Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
