Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in research development with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related technical fields (PhD is a plus). - Hands-on experience with generative AI architectures including GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, Transformer-based networks, LLMs, and SLMs. - Familiarity with implementing RAG architecture for sophisticated AI applications. - Knowledge of MLOps practices to ensure the robustness, reliability, and scalability of AI systems. - Solid Python programming skills and experience with modern AI frameworks.
