Job description: Manufacturing lines- Breakdown handling, monitoring, and analysis. Usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking & improvement. Preventive, Predictive maintenance, Assembly lines, CNC, VMC, hydraulic, pneumatic press, NC control units (828D & 840D), Welding, Panasonic robots welding application, Vision system, utility etc. Audit- ISO/ TS 16949, OHSAS, EMS Fluent handling of Plc troubleshooting. Programming software's e.g. Siemens: Simatic manager, TIA Portal, S7-200 & S7-300, S7-1200 etc. Drive 5's, Kaizen, CIS, Calibration. Systematic way to attend all type of breakdowns. New project/expansion planning & execution. Industry 4.0. Team handling.
