We are looking to hire a Product and Process Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at El Marqués, Querétaro

What you can look forward to as Product and Process Quality Assurance Engineerr:

Developed and maintained Control Plans for assigned product platforms, ensuring alignment with quality requirements and supporting successful product release and process stability.

Collaborated in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reviews with cross-functional teams to identify risks, implement preventive actions, and meet internal and customer quality requirements.

Audited and validated scrap material reporting and inventory records , ensuring accurate data tracking and system integrity within QAD.

Created and maintained quality checklists, inspection records, control charts, and process documentation , enabling reliable data collection for process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk) and corrective actions.

Conducted process audits and model change validations to verify compliance with established controls and customer-specific requirements.

Led First Time Quality (FTQ) monitoring and improvement initiatives , driving corrective actions to achieve and sustain performance targets.

Implemented and monitored Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to maintain process stability, identify variation trends, and support data-driven decision making.

Performed root cause analysis (RCA) using structured problem-solving tools to improve key performance indicators, resolve internal and external customer issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Your profile as Product and Process Quality Assurance Engineer:

Engineering degree

Knowledge of VDA standards

Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position

Knowledge and application of problem solving

Knowledge and application of CSRs

Knowledge and application of Core Tools

Nice to have proficient english
