About the Team

We are looking for a new team member to join the Production Process Engineering Team at our plant in Żórawina

What you can expect as a Production Process Engineer (m/f/d):

Planning and continuously improving existing production processes, machines, and tools for various product variants

Analyzing production capabilities and adapting them to meet production demand

Identifying and eliminating root causes of failures in new products and product variants

Supporting the establishment and maintenance of work standards, as well as conducting operator training related to these standards

Providing technical support and supervision during the introduction of new products to production lines

Preparing and maintaining process documentation, including MSA studies, work instructions, failure analyses, SPC, PFMEA, and other quality and process engineering documentation

Monitoring process and quality standards, controlling costs and implementing corrective actions

Supporting production leaders and operators in achieving daily production targets

Your profile as a Production Process Engineer (m/f/d):

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

1–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

Solid understanding of basic pneumatics and electrical systems

Knowledge of and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality tools, including PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, PPAP, MSA, SPC, MSD, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage

Experience in PLC programming and the programming of machine vision and tightening systems will be an advantage

Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
