Research Scientist-AI/ML

Your responsibilities will include: - Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in algorithms, tools, and theoretical frameworks. - Identifying novel AI/ML methodologies, including Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. - Performing domain-specific data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into analytical tasks. - Fine-tuning and optimizing existing AI/ML solutions to reduce bias and improve performance. - Ensuring consistent application of architecture and design principles for security, scalability, and sustainability. - Validating model outputs for interpretability, reliability, and actionability. - Effectively communicating complex technical concepts related to AI, ML, DL, and RL to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your profile should include: - 8+ years of experience in research development with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields (Ph.D. is a plus). - Hands-on experience with generative AI architectures including GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, Transformer-based networks, LLMs, SLMs. - Familiarity with implementing RAG architecture for sophisticated AI applications. - Basic knowledge of AI accelerator chips. - Understanding of MLOps practices for robustness, reliability, and scalability. - Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI frameworks.
