Job Description What you can look forward to Senior Manager: We are seeking a Senior Manager with 15+ years of engineering experience and strong leadership capabilities to lead teams in the Division I, SW R&D(IA). The role requires a process-oriented leader with structured communication, solid SDLC knowledge, and the ability to motivate teams toward continuous improvement and innovation, while building strong collaboration with global counterparts Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
