What you can look forward to as a Vendor Portal Support Trainee:

Act as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding the ZF Vendor Portal.

Monitor and manage the dedicated Vendor Portal support mailbox.

Respond to supplier inquiries related to portal access, user management, and general portal functionality.

Analyze incoming requests and resolve standard questions independently after training.

Escalate technical issues to IT support teams and create incident tickets when required.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.

Gain hands-on experience with portal administration, support processes, and business communication.

Your Profile as a Vendor Portal Support Trainee:

University degree completed or currently pursuing studies.

Good command of English (minimum B2 level), especially in written communication.

Confident user of Microsoft Outlook and other standard MS Office tools.

Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with global suppliers.

Ability to understand issues, prioritize requests, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders.

Basic IT affinity and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

German language skills and previous support or administrative experience are considered a plus.
