Role Overview: As an AI Product Manager at First Living Spaces, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI products from inception to launch. You will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring that our AI solutions meet the highest standards of relevance and usability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also act as a conduit between AI, tech, UX teams, and our customers, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the research, development, and management of AI-driven products, focusing on delivering solutions that meet market needs and company objectives. - Define and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals. - Collaborate with AI researchers, tech developers, and UX designers to create products that are innovative, user-friendly, and scalable. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into understandable and actionable items. - Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings. - Manage the product lifecycle from planning to tactical activities, including roadmap development and feature prioritization. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and incorporate best practices in AI and product management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within an AI-focused organization. - Strong understanding of AI, machine learning technologies, and their practical applications. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to strategize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong analytical skills and experience with product management tools and methodologies. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Strategy, Engineering, AI, or related field.
