About the role
Role Overview: As a Java Full Stack Developer (React + Java) at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js. Your role will involve building responsive and high-performance user interfaces, developing RESTful APIs and backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Additionally, you will participate in client interviews and discussions, working in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js - Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces - Develop RESTful APIs and backend services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and QA - Participate in client interviews and discussions - Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability - Work with modern development tools and AI-assisted coding environments Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development - Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot - Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Experience in building and consuming REST APIs - Good understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) - Familiarity with version control tools like Git Additional Details: The company is located in Pune (Kharadi) and offers a work-from-office setup for 4 days a week. It is preferred that the ideal candidate has working knowledge of Codex / Cursor (IDE, Browser Mode) or similar AI-assisted development tools, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
